2. Eligibility for Returns
Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
Items must be in their original condition and packaging, including all accessories, cables, and manuals.
Custom-built computers and personalized items are eligible for return only if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

4. Return Process
Initiate a Return:

Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
Receive a Return Authorization:
Our customer service team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if your return is approved.
Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of your return package.
Shipping the Item:
Pack the item securely in the original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documents.
Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or an error was made on our part.
5. Inspection and Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it.
If the return is approved, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
